Norway wins Eurovision

Norwegian singer Alexander Rybak won with the song Fairytale the 54th edition of Eurovision Song Contest held in Moscow, with a total of 387 votes. It was followed by Iceland and Azerbaijan. The Spanish representative, Soraya, came in second to last, with only 23 points.

This edition has been marked by the recovery of the jury, whose vote was computed with half the public.
