How to make your blog more social

There is no doubt that today for a blog is essential to be present in social networks like Facebook or Twitter, and your news can be sent to Digg, Slashdot, Del.icio.us, Reddit etc. For those that you use WordPress, I recommend the following plugins, you can see in operation in this same site:

Facebook Fan Box. - Used to display a picture in your blog with users who are fans of your Facebook page, and give visitors the opportunity to sign up. You can find information on their implementation here .

Sociable. - It is used in each post to give visitors the option of sending news to social networks such as Digg or Slashdot. Here you have instructions to implement it.

Twitter Tools. - Plugin for Twitter. Allows sending of news from and to Twitter, and display the tweets. You have more information here .

WP-Gravatar. - Allows users to other blogs and communities can use your avatar when commenting on your blog. You can see more details here .
